七夕(Chinese Valentine's Day ，Lovers' Day, the Seventh Night of the Seventh Lunar Month)被稱作中國情人節(jié)，夫妻節(jié)。借此良機(jī)，祝所有的朋友幸福快樂。

金風(fēng)玉露

金風(fēng)玉露其實(shí)就是指代秋天，大家可能不贊同許淵沖先生這里的直譯：golden wind，dew of jades，但是某蕉有看過更扯的翻譯：celestial winds and dews，還有什么heavenly dew for gods to drink——這個(gè)~發(fā)揮得太過了吧。許淵沖先生這里一句When Autumn’s Golden wind embraces Dew of Jades，就從字面來看，也還是很有意境很優(yōu)美的。

忍顧鵲橋歸路

某蕉贊同這里沒有直接寫出magpie bridge，鵲橋——在我們的語境中，“鵲橋”是個(gè)很有詩意的畫面，而且又和七夕的傳說聯(lián)系在一起，但是文化差異的原因，magpie在英語中并沒有什么美好的象征意義，而且老外對(duì)七夕的傳說基本上也沒什么深刻印象，哪怕對(duì)此有所了解，也未必就能對(duì)“鵲橋”這個(gè)詞產(chǎn)生審美和詩意的聯(lián)想。所以許淵沖先生在這里將“鵲橋”虛化成了homeward way：回家的路。其實(shí)這里這句“忍顧鵲橋歸路”也翻譯得相當(dāng)簡單：Can they bear a separate homeward way? 如何能忍受獨(dú)自歸家?就是這個(gè)意思。也許homeward這個(gè)詞有點(diǎn)難想到吧，本身不難的一個(gè)詞，但是我們也不常用：homeward way=回家之路。

兩情若是久長時(shí)，又豈在朝朝暮暮

點(diǎn)睛之筆。其實(shí)原句不難，也就是說，如果我們要用英文表達(dá)出這個(gè)意思，是不難的。這里先不談?wù)自姷姆g，如果是在謀和引言中出現(xiàn)這兩句，我們自己是可以用簡單一點(diǎn)的語言表達(dá)出意思，當(dāng)然如果這里能記住許淵沖先生的譯本，以后留作備用是啦。

這里last for aye中，aye意為“永遠(yuǎn)”，古英語，這里用看上去比forever要典雅。除此之外，兩句譯文也夠簡單了。七夕節(jié)啊，拿這兩句英文去騙騙人吧。寫在送出去的卡片上，效果一流!

英語閱讀翻譯：七夕情書，創(chuàng)意又浪漫的6種方法

Idea 1: Write a small but romantic love letter (about 5 lines in length or less). Then, get your local newspaper and circle all the words you need (in order) to include in your letter. Then leave the paper with a special note on top telling him to put together the words to form the letter.

這里“乞巧”的這個(gè)“乞”，我們可以說beg，也可以用plead這個(gè)詞，plead to be endowed with perfect sewing skills. 貌似這兩個(gè)詞都和浪漫氣氛不符哦，plead其實(shí)更常見于法庭上，律師為某人辯護(hù)，就是plead one's case;而那句我們耳熟能詳?shù)摹安徽J(rèn)罪”，則是plead not guilty，反之“認(rèn)罪”就是plead guilty——注意這里的用法，比較特殊哦，是在動(dòng)詞plead后面直接加形容詞guilty——法官就會(huì)經(jīng)常問這句話：Do you plead guilty or not guilty?你可認(rèn)罪?(好有包大人的風(fēng)范啊~)
