　　第十二條 乙方全權(quán)承擔(dān)所屬員工出現(xiàn)的違法違規(guī)和其它糾紛責(zé)任，當(dāng)乙方的設(shè)備、人員在園區(qū)發(fā)生損失和事故時，由乙方全權(quán)承擔(dān)處理及損失責(zé)任，一律與甲方無涉。
