　　申請信有很多種，有求職申請信、有加入某組織的申請信、有報考申請信、有申請學位或留學申請信，等等。無論哪一種申請信，一般都包括這樣幾個部分：申請的原因，具備的條件，懇請申請單位考慮自己的申請，并表示謝意，期望回復。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　開宗明義說明申請原因—>展開原因—>期盼回復、表示感謝

　　Tips:

　　語言言簡意賅，語氣誠懇禮貌。

　　要避免不符合事實的浮夸。

　　如果是留學申請和獎學金申請，要注意提供以下信息：寫明申請學校和專業(yè)，簡介個人履歷，索取對方學校相關信息，附上個人經(jīng)歷等材料。

　　Directions:
